Game Rules

These Rules are provided for gameplay guidance only and do not create contractual obligations, legal guarantees, or enforceable rights for users. The Rules do not form a separate agreement and are not intended to be relied upon as a basis for claims against Idlemir.

Enforcement, interpretation, and application of these Rules are performed at the sole discretion of Idlemir. Violations may result in penalties including warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, account resets, or account deletion, without compensation or obligation to provide justification. Idlemir is not required to disclose internal criteria, logs, detection methods, or evidence.

These Rules are a gameplay policy and do not limit or override the Terms of Use . In case of conflict, the Terms of Use always take precedence.

  1. Accounts
    1. One player may operate only one account.
    2. Account sharing is prohibited under all circumstances.
    3. Selling, trading, gifting, or transferring accounts is forbidden.
    4. You are fully responsible for all actions performed through your account, regardless of who accessed it.
  2. Character Names

    Character names must comply with the following rules. Names may be changed or removed at any time.

    1. Names that are offensive, insulting, or abusive.
    2. Names that break the fantasy setting or immersion.
    3. Names of real people or well-known fictional characters.
    4. Names referring to generic creatures, roles, or professions.
    5. Names implying official authority (Admin, GM, Moderator).
    6. Names containing titles or ranks.
    7. Names consisting of multiple combined words.
    8. Unpronounceable or random character strings.
    9. Acronyms or meme-based names.
  3. Gameplay and Progress
    1. Lost items, characters, progress, or currency will not be restored under any circumstances, including but not limited to bugs, exploits, rollbacks, server errors, unintended behavior, moderation actions, automated enforcement systems, false positives, or administrative errors.
    2. Real-world currency transactions for in-game items or services are prohibited unless explicitly provided by Idlemir.
    3. Gameplay balance, mechanics, and outcomes are not guaranteed to be fair, stable, or consistent.
  4. Behavior
    1. Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse are prohibited.
    2. Disruptive behavior that degrades the game experience may be penalized.
    3. Public arguments, provocations, or intentional drama may result in moderation action.
  5. Chat and Language
    1. Hate speech and harassment are not tolerated.
    2. Spam, flooding, or unsolicited advertising is prohibited.
    3. Sharing real-life personal information of any player is forbidden.
    4. Idlemir does not guarantee chat moderation and is not responsible for user-generated content. Users acknowledge that Idlemir acts as a passive hosting provider for user content where applicable.
  6. Automation, Exploits, and Abuse
    1. Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or external assistance is prohibited.
    2. Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics is forbidden.
    3. Failure to report critical exploits may be treated as abuse, regardless of intent.
  7. Enforcement and Discretion

    Idlemir does not guarantee equal enforcement in all cases. Decisions may be made with limited context, time, or technical data.

    Appeals are not guaranteed. Enforcement actions are final.

  8. Changes to Rules

    These Rules may be modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
